The Fintech revolution will not only change the traditional banking scenario but will bring with it a breath of innovation and change capable of forever transforming our way of using services and understanding the products offered by banks. Talking about FinTech is very complex but it is also a topic that concerns us all closely because in the bank/customer relationship without the latter there can be no interaction. Therefore it is clear that the technicalities are up to the experts, while the perspective of interest referring to "how" to use them concerns the users who will have to use the services. So when we talk about the Fintech revolution it is not appropriate to define it as one-way/tax-driven because it necessarily passes through us and not least our contribution!
